Even a Little Goes a Long way

Since Heather’s new website launched on September 21 with the Paypal Donation Options, Heather’s family has received a total of $95 in donations. We are hoping that this amount will increase significantly, but Heather’s family is grateful for anything they can get. The Donation section of the website was created so that a person that wants to donate can choose their own amount to donate through Paypal, just once if they want to, or a person can choose to give as little as $5 per month that is automatically deducted from their Paypal or bank account each month. You may think that $5 may not make that much of a difference, but if every visitor were to donate just $5 per month, it would make such a difference, and it would hopefully help to keep Heather at home with her family and not in a nursing home, which is what they are afraid of if donations do not increase. I hope that you will take some time to look over the donation options, and if you want to help Heather and her family, even a small amount will go a long way if we all pitch in.

Heather Grossman's ex-husband hired a man to kill her in 1997. He was not successful in his attempt to take her life, but the gunshot wound left Heather paralyzed from the neck down. Heather was just 31 years old with three young children. During the years since the incident, Heather's family has been doing everything they can to keep her alive and well, but expenses are high, and they need as much help as they can get.
